Corn Dog Castle is a small walk-up window on the walkway toward Pixar Pier, built as a sandcastle with turrets. It sells hand-dipped corn dogs and hand-dipped cheddar cheese sticks, made to order in a fryer you can see from the counter.
The corn dog is the thing. The batter is thick, sweet, and fried until the outside cracks; the sausage inside is well-seasoned and the whole item arrives too hot to eat, which is the correct condition for a corn dog. At $11.29 as of July 2026 it is not cheap, and it is still the best food-per-dollar decision at this park.
It is the direct counterpart to the Little Red Wagon corn dog at Disneyland Park across the esplanade. The batter recipe is effectively the same; this location has a shorter line and a place to sit.
