Be Our Guest occupies a purpose-built castle at the back of Fantasyland with three distinct dining rooms: a grand ballroom with a painted sky ceiling and falling snow outside the windows, a darker west wing with a portrait that changes and a thunderstorm effect, and a smaller rose gallery.
Dinner is a three-course prix fixe menu with French-influenced dishes — a soup or salad, an entree from a short list including steak, poultry and a vegetarian option, and a dessert trio that includes the grey-colored mousse the restaurant is known for. Lunch runs a similar structure.
The rooms are the product. The ballroom in particular is one of the most impressive interiors Disney has built for a restaurant anywhere, and the falling snow outside the windows is a practical effect that holds up close. The food is competent and expensive.
You are buying a room, and it is a spectacular room. The food is fine and the price is not — go for lunch if you want the castle without the dinner bill.

Our take: Overrated, and the most photographed dessert at Magic Kingdom for reasons that have nothing to do with taste. It is a pleasant spoonful of mousse. It is not a reason to book the restaurant.
Dinner is a prix fixe running roughly $62 to $72 per adult as of July 2026, before drinks and tax, with lower pricing for children. Lunch follows a similar format at a lower price.
Sixty days out at 6 a.m. Eastern, the moment the window opens. It is among the hardest reservations at Walt Disney World and popular dates are gone within minutes. Same-day cancellations do appear — check the app repeatedly if you missed the window.
