What is different in 2026
- The 2026 season opens on 7 August — earlier than any previous year — and runs select nights through 31 October, with event hours 7pm to midnight.
- Tickets are on sale through Disney’s special-event ticketing, and coverage of on-sale day reported several dates selling out.
- Thirty-eight nights, August 7 through October 31 — the earliest season start the party has held, with roughly nine August, thirteen September, and sixteen October dates.
- Per-night tickets run $119 to $229 plus tax: the cheapest August weeknights sit at $119 and peak October and Halloween nights reach $229.
- Halloween night sold out on the first day of general sale (May 12), and by late July at least sixteen of the thirty-eight nights were gone.
- Magic Kingdom’s fall decorations were installed the first week of August and were in place by August 5, two days before the season’s first party night.
