- The festival ran its usual window in Paradise Gardens Park with the established marketplace format and Mulan's Lunar New Year Procession.
- Marketplace pricing stayed inside the $6 to $15 band that has held across recent cycles at this park.
- The festival again ran entirely within Disney California Adventure, with no Disneyland Park component.
