Oga's Cantina opened with Galaxy's Edge in 2019 and broke a sixty-four-year policy: until then, the only alcohol served inside Disneyland Park was behind the unmarked door of Club 33. It is a dim, crowded, loud room with a droid DJ spinning from a booth, mostly standing space with a handful of tables and a small bar.
Reservations are required and effectively mandatory — walk-ups are rare and the booking window fills within minutes of opening sixty days out. Once seated you have roughly forty-five minutes, there is a two-drink limit per guest, and cast members enforce both.
It is a genuinely well-made room and the drinks are creative, colorful, and expensive. It is also loud enough to make conversation difficult and crowded enough that you may spend your entire visit standing at a rail with your elbow in someone's back. Whether that is a great time depends heavily on your tolerance for a packed bar, and the honest answer for a lot of families is that the kids will love the droid and the adults will feel rushed.
A superb room with a rushed, expensive, extremely loud experience inside it. Worth doing once for the novelty of a bar inside Disneyland; not worth reorganizing your day around, and the standing-room crush is real.
