Flo's V8 Cafe is built as a chrome-and-neon roadside diner from the Route 66 era, and it is the most convincingly executed building at this park. The interior is broken into several rooms with booth seating, and the back patio looks directly across at Ornament Valley and the Radiator Springs Racers track.
The food is comfort-plate American: rotisserie chicken, slow-cooked beef, a vegetable tater bake, all served on partitioned plates with sides. It is competent rather than exciting, and it is the most substantial sit-down meal you can get at this park without a reservation.
